Execution and completion of Lighting of Zestaphoni-Kutaisi-Samtredia highway (E-60) New Samtredia Bypass Road on the section between KP0+000 – KP15+400; km0+000 – km17+300; Km15+400 – Km24+045; km 0+000 - km 15+172; by the order of the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, within the frame of the East-West Highway Improvement Project and through financial aid from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The project was implemented within the frame of the Road Corridor Investment Program, through financial aid from the Asian Development Fund (ADB). Project implementation date: 05.2019 – 12.2019
